Yes it support all Language. You can create different language file and change text as per your requirement. Here are the steps:
- Go to components/com_vreview/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vreview.ini
- Copy file to another language folder e.g. Spanish components/com_vreview/language/es-ES/es-ES.com_vreview.ini
- Open it and start replacing english language text with Spanish or any other language you want.
- Same for back end. Done

What are field attributes displayed in profile settings? What we are supposed to do that with those?
Field attributes are used to distinguish pages for which you are creating the profile. When you choose any layout in profile settings, vReview automatically detects the field attributes and if there are more parameters in any layout which aren’t defined in layout, but are required to distinguish the page, you can add these yourself. e.g. In Article layout there is a field attribute ‘ID' which distinguishes the articles, it is automatically detected by vReview and you don’t need to do anything in this case.
You can use vReview with any of the available components whether It’s zoo, sobipro, k2, vQuiz or any other you can think of. vReview can be published on detail page of any of the component. If you want to display review form or reviews on any list page then you would need to develop a component specific plugin. Please note: you don’t need any plugin, it would work with Zoo component without any plugin. The plugin is required only when you want to publish the reviews or review form on Item List layout of Zoo component.

Yes, Who can add a Review can be control by using backend ACL. Add review feature can be enabled/disabled using backend as per your choice.
Yes, vReview supports "MULTIPLE RATING ITEMS" for the review object. You can add one or multiple rating factors for each review like Features, User Interface, Design, Performance etc. Single Star Rating or Multiple Star Rating can be enabled/disabled using backend as per your choice.
