Hii... sadly getting error when I attempt to create a profile... ;-/

Purchased for vreviews successfully and activated it at the backend. But if I attempt to create a Profile I receive the following error message: "count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given" at the backend. Please provide a solution, respectively advice me to check certain other compatibilities. (Jommla 4.3.2)

Please have understanding that I can't provode admin or ftp access, because of had made bad experiences with other company.
