vRestaurant Engine Question

Is there an easy way to remove the floating "vRestaurant" Banner on the Main Page on the front-end? Or does it need to be removed through the php file?

Sorry for too many questions. I see that the logo text had to be changed in the index.php file.

I wish there was an easier way to change that, such as making it into a module.

Sorry, to be more specific, I made a screen shot and attached it to this post to help with my questions. I am talking about the "vRestaurant" in big letters on the front page. How would this be 1) changed, or 2) removed?

1) Why would I want to change the banner in the back-end? No one can see that.

Of course, I am talking about changing the Banner in the front-end. On the Main Page, on the front-end, underneath the phone number, in big letters, it says "vRestaurant". How can I change that from vRestaurant to another name? I can't find the location to change those words. Once again, I am talking about the Main Page on the Front-end.

2) I am talking about the same Banner on the front-end. If I want to disable the title "vRestaurant", the big title underneath the phone number, on the Front-end Main Page, how would I disable it? I can't find the Module for the the floating "vRestaurant" Banner on the top of the page, so I can't figure out how to disable this. Is it hard-coded in a file?

I guess both questions are about the same thing.

Question #1 has two parts:

a) I want to disable the banner (that says "vRestaurant"). What Module controls that? What Module would I disable?

b) If I want to change vRestaurant to another name, would I have to edit a language ini file? Or is it hard-coded into a specific file? I searched and couldn't find the file.

I figured out the answer to #3. However, I still need to find an answer to #1 and #2.

3) On the back-end, when I try to add a new Country, State, and City, it lets me add them. However, when I go to "save" the changes, the information that I entered disappeared (it doesn't save my changes). Do you have an idea of why that would happen?
