Improving Quiz

Hello, I just bought the Quiz component
I wonder if you can make an implementation in the questionnaire responses.
For me it would be interesting to put a weight and a penalty in each of the answers.
Thus the sum of the weights and penalties of informed responses would generate a more accurate result.
You can make this implementation?
