Hello Flavio,
Right now It's available only in English language. But you can easily translate it using Language overrides in Joomla Back end or By simply copying english language file and translating the available strings in Spanish language. All the strings are available there in single language file in back end and another for front end.
administrator/components/com_vquiz/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vquiz.ini
components/com_vquiz/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vquiz.ini
Thanks
Daniel

We missed to add that word to language file. We are going to release next version of vQuiz within 10 days. That will have it fixed. And we are also going through the component to check whether there are more keywords which are left. If we find more, We'll release it within 2 days.
Thanks
Daniel

Ok, I opened that file, but where is the "Contine.." tag??
Do I have to hardcode the translation, what about future updates?

Yes you can translate the component. But Please copy the language keywords from vQuiz language file. You can find the language file in components/com_vquiz/language/en-GB folder.
Thanks

Hello,
I just have one more question...
Hopefully it is possible to translate the component.
I'm using overrides, like:

But I'm getting this:
