Personality Quiz

Hello, I just created a similar test with yes/no answer options.
I need to set different value to each "yes" answer like you showed in the last message, but to the "no" answer I need to leave it empty. This to get a final quiz answer depending only to the "yes" option.

When I do the test the "no" answer is checked more than "yes" and I always Im getting the follow: "american"
why???

I need some solution for this like a null value for the "no" answer.

Hello - I would like to create a personality quiz with 7 questions and two possible answers YES or NO

For example:

Are you happy today? YES x NO

Then, upon completion the quiz taker would have a result - something like 'Well done - You're on the right path'.

Is that possible?
Because I didn't find a place to write the answers YES and NO plus the result.

Please help me. Thank you!
