How can I make a Hotspot question?

Apologis for inconvenience!

To create Hotspot type questions, just go to vQuiz->Quizzes here click on View under Questions tab, it will redirect you to Questions page where you can create Hotspot questions.
Here choose Answer Type "Hotspot", then you will have to upload an image and draw an area. (See attached screenshot)

I have a lot of issues with vQuiz, I contact support but no respons on my tickets. One issue is that it should be possible to make a Hotspot question:

but when I want to make Hotspot questions, I can't find the option. How do I make them? When I make a trivia question, Hotspot is not in the list, see attachment.

The possibility to make Hotspot questions is the reason why I bought this product.
