First ever installation issue / some more issues ...

The current vQuiz is in a zip package
You need to unzip the file then install the zip file in the main zip package
Most places say ie vQuispackage.zip , thenthey say unzip first
For some reason, the support team does not understand customers
It is next to impossible to get a response from them

3. Both the extesnsions should be installed and work. I'm not sure what went wrong with vQuiz2.9.12_Package_All_Extensions.zip

vQuiz2.9.12 is latest version, it would be better to use vQuiz2.9.12. We'll set up for you.

4. When you purchase any of our extesnsion, you have lifetime license to use it. Once you installed and validate is on any domain you can use it lifetime. Each time you install in any domain it will require validation. To validate it you must have an active subscription.

More explanation: If you install and validate it on 10 domains within active subscription period, it will run on all domains lifetime. But once your subscription has expired you can not validate it on any domain.

You can cancel your subscription by logging in your PayPal account.

Just installed the vQuiz for the first time.
The control panel (in backend) shows the following problem. I didn't modify anything yet.
It's not very inviting if some new installation start with an error message. What does that mean?

My purchase allowed to download two zipped files: vQuiz2.9.12_Package_All_Extensions.zip and pkg_vquiz_v2.5.34.zip. But only latter could be installed. What is the first for??? And why can't I install that if it is offered to be downloaded?
