What about statical normalizing of scores (called T-score)?

What about statical normalizing of raw scores to T-score? See the links:

This averages the values of all tests for all users to the average score and is very good for general statistics and statistics in the user profile. And it is very easy to translate into interest (in fact, this is what they are).
