ok, I saw that in another case you sent a different package version of vquiz to another user. (www.wdmtech.com/forum/vquiz/1219-can-t-v...tion-on-wdmtech#5126) Is it possible to do that? maybe if you can send me the latest version of the package or another version of the package to see if that fix the issue.

I'm sorry but I think you misunderstood the message "TeamViewer and VPN or any remote desktop are NOT allowed"
TeamViewer is not allowed unfortunately.

according to the refund policy: To rectify the issue, FTP and admin login credentials are mandatory (TeamViewer and VPN or any remote desktop are not allowed), if you can not provide login details then, unfortunately, Refund cannot be processed.
We can use a team viewer connection to verify the issue please let me know ASAP.

You could provide us the access to only vData component and disable all the other components. And you need to send us an email or submit the information on our Contact us form on a secured connection. If you still have some issue in sharing the details, Can you please check it on any development website and share the access to that website?

That solution didn´t work and I can´t provide you the credentials for the FTP server for security reason. I read in another topic that you send a package with the latest version to another user to fix the issue. let me know if you can do the same to fix my problem or I´d have to ask for a refund.

Hello,
Please disable error reporting in Global configuration and make sure you are using the subscribed email address ( not username ) and password to verify your subscription. If it still doesn't work, please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

I bought the vquiz but when I try to validate the subscription on WDMtech nothing happens. I have a loading animation for a few seconds and nothing. I need to fix this today.
