Send Certificate button error

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the advice. I added a pdf, but whenever I try the "send certificate" button it deleted the pdf.

I will arrange to send you back end access.

Hello,
Please check the following folder if this file Cerificate.pdf do exist. If It does not then create one. And check If the problem still remains then please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

\administrator\components\com_vquiz\assets\certificate

I don't think that is the issue.

The Certificate tab in the quiz was blank.

I also copied and pasted the default one on the configuration and still getting the same error.

Hello,
Most probably the issue is caused due to the mismatch in the certificate HTML as the pdf converter has a strict standard for the HTML input. Please check the certificate template HTML for any mismatch tags.
