I'm glad we could make it work for you. Can you please do us a favour by leaving a full score review on JED? It would be highly appreciable. Here is the link:

Hello,
We checked it on your server and found 8 out of 9 categories were visible in frontend. The one category which was not visible was created as a subcategory under any other category that's why It wasn't visible, Now We have made it the Main category and It's now visible, Please check...
Thanks
Daniel

You should have an option that says "Show All Categories" or "Show All Quiz Types". I removed the selection and the same problem persists.
Where can I share my FTP information in a secure environment?
Thanks!

You have chosen to display Trivia Quizzes only. That's why only those categories which have got Trivia Quizzes will be displayed. You can deselect Trivia Option in the Menu you created for category list layout itself. If the categories aren't displaying even if they have trivia Quizzes, then please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.
Thanks

Yes. I have five of nine categories showing and the language and access levels are the same.

Hello,
Are you talking about the category layout where you get the list of all categories? You need to check access level and the language selected in that category. You can find this in category edit layout in backend.
Thanks

I have one particular category that will now show in the component display view. The category has a quiz allocated to it and it is published. Any ideas what could prevent a category from being displayed?
