Hi,
Are you loading the map in default Joomla article component or some other component. If It's default Joomla article then Please send us your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us form. We'll look into it. If It's third party component then check if that component is triggering the onContentPrepare event...

I received your email. Thanks a lot.
Unfortunately the plug-in does not works, and there is a problem in the admin menu. Maybe the translation?
I tried all plug-in's options but does not work. Not loads the component in a page.
But the good new is that new component with the option "Show List" loaded in a position inside the template works!!
In attachment you can see the plug-in problem.

thanks for your answer.
In "my order" web page I downloaded again the package. the package name is "pkg_vmap v1.0.0".
Inside this package, that i installed, there is not the pugin.
Can i download new package for free? if yes, where?
Or i need to buy again the component?

Hi Lorenzo,
Please download the latest package. It has got a plugin as well to load the Map in articles. You need to use the following keyword to load the Map {vmapmodule MAPID} e.g. {vmapmodule 5}. Please do not forget to enable plugin after installing it on your site.

Hi,
I created a new map
I inserted many markers in the map.
I loaded the module inside an article using loadposition command.
I readed all the documentation because i need to use the dynamically load markers option but does not work.
I use Joomla 3.4.4.
Unfortunately the website run on WAMP server now, so I can't give you an url.
I also tried with demo maps.
Can you give me any suggestion?
