Hi,
Please share your backend & FTP login credentials along with the Product URL via Contact us form, We'll look into it. Also let us know the exact issue, You see no layer editor or It's there but not functioning correctly.

Hi,

I've set my products up and they are working nicely, except when I enable the custom colour palette option. When that is enabled there is no layer editor option in the front end.
