Configuration will not save

Hello. I purchased the vDesigner and cannot get the configuration to save properly.

If I save custom field configurations to the product and leave it alone forever, it works fine. However, if I go in to the product again for any reason, the vDesigner configurations reset back to default (only shirt, only default folder, etc). Please tell me how to fix this.
