We found switching off blocking outgoing IP temporarily solved the issue

Hello,
Please disable the error reporting in Joomla Global configuration and try again. If you still find the issue, please share your backend & FTP login credentials, we'll look into it.

We have purchased and installed vdesigner
enabled the plugin
created the custom field
when we come to add it to a product we are asked to : Login with your subscribed Email ID to verify your Subscription on WDMtech.
We entered the email (not username) we used and password as per the email sent by you - but nothing happens when we click submit.
Please advise
