K2 - DateTime error/knowledge on updating K2

This issue was solved thank you. I would however encourage wdmtech to put some extensive videos on how to use this product on youtube. It is a very robust product. I have been a developer for 15 years and if I had issues there are others that also have issues that could be solved with tutorials.

I am having a couple of issues.

1. I get this error when I try to edit a K2 item that has been uploaded through vData
0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (-1-11-30 00:00:00) at position 5 (-): Double timezone specification

2. Can I update k2 items based on the title. I am pulling in thousands records that have to be updated often. I will not know the corresponding ID but I know that the title never changes.
"UPDATE" where title = X

3. Can K2 create the alias automatically when I upload a record without a alias

4. Is there a more comprehensive guide to dealing with vData and K2
