Hello,
This error comes up when you click on Import Now button a second time after importing the data once. Please let us know if the error is coming up in the first attempt itself. Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us Form, We'll look into it.

This is the error I am getting, trying to import users Joomla from 2.5.28 to Joomla! 3.6.2 in type XML. It's the first import export I am doing. Please advise.
