Is it safe to say the support here is a bit slow? 2 months and 1 week with no response?

Hello,
I have successfully loaded a CSV file like a charm but I cannot get a XML file to load no matter what I do. I have created multiple profiles and tried using multiple types of feeds but none seem to import any data. Each time is says successful loading 0 files.
I would be happy to send details of what I have done and login details to my website, just let me know where to send them.
Please help!
