HI Christoph,
There is an option in Feeds to set the access level, Change it to public. However If you want to restrict all the other users from accessing this feed then change it to any other access level. Then it would require you to login with the user having same access level.
Thanks
Daniel

Hi,
There are various ways to achieve this.
1. Create a feed in CSV format and provide the Feed URL to your customer, He can directly access that URL to download the the Data in CSV file.
2. Create an Export Cron with the path to CSV file existing on your server and set the Cron Job on your server. CSV file path can also be given to the customer.
3. Customer can also manually export Data using the Export Profile in 3 steps.
a) Click on Export button in Profiles section
b) Choose the CSV format and Download File option and Click continue Button
c) Click Export now button on the next page without making any change in the fields shown on this page.
Please contact our sales team via Contact us form if you want to have a direct button on Dashboard or want to send email to the customer on click of a button.
Thanks
Daniel

Hi
I'm looking for a simple Solution for my Customers to have a "One click" Possibilty to export a csv from a specific vData export profile.
Is there a way to do this with the widgets? Or with Cron-Jobs?
And ist there a way to clik the "button" and get an E-Mail with the attached CSV-File?
Thank you
Christoph
