I bought this because I want to import a Joomla 2.5 installation into a 3.x installation. I was hoping that I could just tell vData where the 2.5 database is and the import would happen. But, it seems that I have to import everything individually: menu, content, users, etc. This is way too complicated.

Also, I'm old and not very smart, so I just don't understand some of the terminology you use.

For example, I decided to import menus first. But, somehow, I need to know what the following are:

alias, note, path, link, etc.

I don't know what to pick for any of those.

Isn't there just a simple guide for importing an entire 2.5 database into a 3.x installation? When I asked your pre-sale support person if I could do this import, he replied:

"Yes it is possible, you need to follow few easy steps"

Well, there are a lot more than a few steps and they are not easy at all.

If it is really going to be this complicated, I need my money back.
