Hello,
You need to share the screenshot of the response sent for the request of the Import process.
Thanks
Daniel

Hi,
Sorry about the delay responding - I've not been receiving notifications about replies. I am only able to use Internet Explorer in my office, which has produced the attached console report. To confirm the steps I am following:
Go to Export
At "Profiles", select "Export Joomla Articles"
At "Data Format" select CSV
At "Export file Location" select "Download file"
Click "Continue"
Click "Export now"
Save file
Go to Import
At "Profiles" select "Import Joomla Articles"
At "Data Source Format" select CSV
At "Data Source" select csv file from computer
Click "Continue"
Under "Rules" select "id"
Click "Import Now"
See "parsererror" message
If you could offer any advice I'd be grateful. If there is another report you'd like me to produce, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Daniel,
The website is for a government website, so I am not at liberty to give out login or ftp details. Please can you advise how I might go about checking myself? Alternatively, could we arrange a screen sharing session so you can explore through my screen?
Thanks
Mike

Hi,
I've recently bought and installed this plugin, and am trying to use it to export and then import all articles. I've used the pre-made profiles for these functions, and every time I try to Import the articles (with the Operation set to "Update"), I get a pop-up error message that says only "parsererror".
Please can you advise how I should resolve this?
Thanks
Mike
