Hi I replied via your contact for with login credentials as you asked for. But I have not heard from anyone at all. Do you support registered users? Please get back to me with a status of this ticket as soon as possible. I need to update my client on progress and our new site development is dependent on getting this data imported. I should add that I inspected the Event Booking Category database table from the old and the new website and both appear to be identical now. But the new site does not show the event booking categories in the Component Event Category view in the back end of Joomla after "successful" vData import.
First attempt to migrate data from one to Joomla 3.8.11 Event Booking to a new site. Set up profiles and first 8 or so attempts gave me:
"Import abort with exception You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1"
I tried several formats and profiles and import worked using CSV format and Event Booking Event Import and then Event Booking Event Category Import. But a few categories did not import so I figured it updated and did not replace category iDs. So made a new Profile starting with Event Booking Category Import and changed Operation from UPDATE to DELETE thinking it would now overwrite categories. But it deleted categories, which was fine, I would just reimport the categories. However, on import now it gives success notice but no categories are visible in the Event Booking Component. I can create a category manually in Component but import results in nothing. I am thinking that the DELETE Operation removed something critical? I need assistance please. Thank you, Brad
