Configuration for menu import

Now i have another problem.
I have builded a profile to import, from my csv, categories with nested category. All ok with some testing.
I found the minimum working configuration:
extension parent_title title
com_content My category
com_content My category My category sub #1
com_content My category My category sub #2

Now i want the same hierarchy in Menus with menu items point to the category
Example:
My root menu => My Category
--- My submenu #1 => My category sub #1
--- My submenu #2 => My category sub #2

How to accomplish this?
I was able to make the correct menu tree but how to create the correct link
