Hello,
You are having communication with our Support team via Email. We haven't received any Email from after we sent the last email on 19th Jan. If you are having any issues, please reply back to that email. You can also share your Backend & FTP login credentials so that we can check it on your website.

I am using the import feature to migrate data from a mysql website yet, vData only successfully copies about 77 records and comes back with the error message "Another article from this category has the same alias".

Kindly treat as urgent
