Let's forget about the custom fields, can i create an article with only Title as the title, description as the full text, pubDate as the publication date (or creation date), link as the URL, in a specific category ?

Can vData do the job, on a periodic and automatic basis ?

Hi
I have a specific need, and i want to be sure i can reach it before buying :
I want to automatically create new Joomla (actually Flexicontent) articles according to a RSS feed.
Each RSS entry should be inserted as a new article, and this proces should run periodically and automatically, in an incremental way (i mean being able to not create duplicates as the RSS feed also contains old articles already created).
Can vData do that ?
