Daniel - it's now been over a month, and there's still no response from you. This is terribly disappointing. Is this something that's going to be addressed?

Hi Daniel -
Checking in... can you please let me know if there's a resolution? Sounded like you were aiming to have it completed last week, so just wanted to check in and see.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hello,
This is not yet fixed. If you want we can process the refund, but we are still working on it. Please allow us this week time if you can.
Thanks

Hello again -
It's been almost two weeks and this product isn't working as advertised. I asked if this XML file would work with Vdata, and you said it would. We cannot wait any longer for this to work. Can this be fixed? If not - please refund.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Daniel and the WDMtech team -
Any updates on this? This project is fully reliant on this functionality, so can we please get this resolved asap?
The feed comes across fine in RSS reader tools such as Feedly.
Can you please let me know?
Thanks,
Kevin

Your Profile is set up correctly. But there is some issue coming up with the multibyte characters available in the XML data file, We are working on this, will let you know once the issue is resolved.
You can check the import process with some sample data which do not have multi byte characters.
Thanks
Daniel

Hi - I'm just seeing very different things for the Joomla articles in the docs vs. the EasyBlog profile. I've attached two different screenshots. One for the profile, and another for the import. Can you please let me know what to change so we can make this work?
I think if you may be able to take a couple moments and just provide step-by-step instructions, I'll be able to see how this works.
Thanks again for your help.
Best,
Kevin

Yeah, That's written for Joomla Articles, but the procedure would remain same. The only difference is of Data source. Please let us know the specific issues you are having. We would be more than happy to answer your questions.
Thanks
Daniel
