The only reason I can think of now is Primary key ( ID in most cases ) value is different on both the sites, that's why It's trying to update a different record. Please check if the email ID is having same Primary key value on both the domains.

You must have chosen update operation instead of insert in profile settings?

Hi,
I've got a list of subscriber, but it's not updated.
So i wanted to import a list updated. I try it doing a Update importation, but i got the same message.

Hello,
With the error message, It's quite evident that your are trying to add a subscriber which is already there in Database. Please clarify the issue a bit more in detail if I'm missing something here.

Hello,
I try to import Acymailing subscriber but it failes.
I got this message :
Import abort with exception
Duplicate entry 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.' for key 'email'
I try the importation, without email, but i get the same message.
