How to solve it then?
I do not want to make changes to the domain without testing on the localhost server.

Validation does not work on localhost, because it sends a CURL request on WDMtech server to check login credentials.

Now it works on my site but it does not work on my test page on localhost.

To login to WDMsite i use a "username" but Joomla ask for "Login with your subscribed Email ID" i dont have a Email ID!.
When i try the username joomla say "Please Enter correct E-mail Address".

You need to enter your WDMsite login credentials of that account you have purchased/renewed the subscription.

I renewed it 2018 and 2021. I updated my localhost testsite but i haven't updated my website.
The question is still how do I do it?

You renewed it in 2018, it must be expired. You should have install and validate it in your active subscription period.
So now if you install and validate it on any site you need an active subscription.

I have renew the subscription, last time was 2018.
I renewed to update but I have not installed yet the login came up.
How do I get rid of it?
I do not know which email address I should use, because I do not use anyone when I log in to this page only username and password.

Login page only comes up on installation, if you have installed it then you need an active subscription to validate it. Please renew your subscription.

Did you re-install vChart OR It is fresh installation?

Note: To validate it on any site after installation you need an active subscription. You can use vChart lifetime once you install and validate your subscription on any site.
