Problems with VChart

Hello, how are you? we bought you the vchart, but in firts We are a little disappointed.

1 - not posible to see when the user upload the csv file, we havent option for this user upload buttom. how is possible to make article when the user upload there csv file? and user will have all there chart.

2 - when we´re making a chart with CSV file from local computer , and save every time he go to Chart Data Manually, no updates and saves the settings of having done the csv file

I explain you

we have a csv file with many data same

we need to have that the user upload this csv file and in for example one week more upload the same csv file with diferent data and the vchart that we have designed upload this data and make vchart updates with both data or many data ( all the csv files that the user want to have) from csv files upload, do you undestand me?

I think your vchart does not work for this, he make only a simple chart. or not it especificis well in your instructions - documentation

we want to have for example 4 chart in article , the user upload ther csv file and the vchart updates by date for example and make chart with all data

infor me if its possible or if not its posible we want to refund because not posible to make the vchart that we need and we consult you in the down email.
