Unfortunately Virtuemart doesn't allow this, You can choose on Product detail page only.

Is it possible to have vAttribute in the cart? I am creating a flower shop. Whould it be possible when in cart (after he has choosen the boucket and send it to cart) to choose from a check list or radio button to add a box of chocolate or a tady bair or a bottle of whiskey.
