VM Quantity plugin - products quantity in dropdown

I did bought your plugin yesterday and try to set it up like mentioned before.
But I don't know how to get it running yet. It seems that I do not realy understand the setup-steps...

Is it possible to show the number of products in the Quantity-plugin dropdown?
I would like to create something like this:
In product-view ( VM-frontend ) visitor can choice from certain pre-definied product-counts. Something like this:
5 products: price = 80 per product
10 products: price = 78 per product
15 products: price = 75 per product
20 products: price = 70 per product
So, customers must see 4 available choices in the Quantity-plugin dropdown.
And also; it's not allowed for customers to order 3 or 8 or 12 products. Only quantities steps of 5, 10 15 etc. are available to buy.

How can I set this up?
