Hi,
It supports all the virtuemart layout positions. By default it should be there under product description. Default position is ontop.

Hi Peter,
You need to enter the URL in back end e.g. //www.youtube.com/embed/J5hWKz1SvNk
You can find this URL in Embed Tab on Youtube page.

It does not embed the youtube video and the position of the "video" is wrong.
