Thank you for the assistance, Danish.

The component now functions. I generated a test chart, and had no problems.

Thanks again!

Hi,
1. Parsing error issue seems to be a conflict with other plugin.
2. There is an option to manually input data in the same section where you can see the CSV file upload option
3. Documentation is being prepared, right now we can assist you to setup your component.

Please try to set error notifications to none in global configuration and check again if the issues get resolved, If you still find issues, Please send us your back end login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll look into it.

Thanks
Daniel

Hello.

I am having trouble implementing a pie chart graphic using vChart component. I have placed data into a MS-DOS csv table, but when I try to import the file vChart outputs "Parsing Error".

Also, I am unable to enter my data manually in the vChart component.

I'd like to learn more about some of the component functionalities, but cannot find any documentation.

I have three questions...
1) why does my csv file cause a parsing error?
2)Where in the component can I manually input my data?
3) Is there documentation or any instruction for this component?

Thanks in advice for any help.
