Hi,
Field attribute is not what you seem to think of it. Field attributes are used to distinguish pages for which you are creating the profile. In your case you've selected article layout and for this layout you don't need to do anything with field attribute.

Please send us your administrator and FTP login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll look into the character encoding issue. And please explain what field attribute you are talking about?

Thanks.... 
I have two more questions.
1)
I live in Sweden and we also have characters like Åå,Ää and Öö
These characters does not work 
2)
Can Field Attribute only consists of one word?
Sometimes a review attribute can be like "very well"
