I have "tried" to send ftp access data using contact form but the form keeps asking me: "Please complete all required fields!" yet I filled everything. (double/triple checked), even the captcha

Please confirm You have received ftp access data.

Hello,
I installed th module and installation process was smooth

When I publish the module, it shows the module title and nothing else. (no slider at all)

But jQuery error appeas in chrome console.

After Disabling the plugin, no javascript errors is generated.
