Hi,
Replied to your Email, Please check, It has been corrected, You need to set default attributes in backend. If you do not default attributes then customers first need to choose the attributes and then they can change the size and it will update the price.

Hi Daniel,

Will send the credentials you asked for. What I want to achieve, is to get a sales price based on the material and size a customer chooses. For example, a choice between 13oz vinyl( $2.00 per sqft) and 18oz vinyl ($4.00 per sqft.) at a size of 2x2. The 13oz should cost $8.00 and the 18oz $16.00.

Hello,
You must add attributes, It doesn't work without adding attributes but as you said It's not working with attributes as well though you did not upload any screenshot where attributes are added. Can you please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form along with the product ID you are editing, We'll look into it.

I've tried using the option with "show size input fields" both with and without attributes, but the price isn't updating when the width and height are filled in. Tried this with different templates and with no other plugins installed so it's not a template or other 3rd party plugin conflict. In addition when I choose to add attributes the radio list option doesn't function and with select select list I get "undefined" when I select an option.

Need a solution asap please otherwise I'll have to uninstall and request a refund.
