Order Files Upload for Virtuemart

I purchased, installed and am currently testing the "Order Files Upload for Virtuemart" plug-in. Only one problem. File names are not showing up in the cart. This is very important as we are a printing company that requires clients to upload their documents. The field is set as a "cart attribute". When the file is added and the add to cart button pushed... the product is added, but where the file name should appear "File ::" is displayed. Need help.
